Julie is passionate about using a holistic approach to healing the mind, body and spirit. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 with a Masters in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology. To date her professional career has been dedicated to working with children with autism and developmental disorders. Julie completed her yoga teacher training with Dhyana Yoga and her children’s yoga training with Little Flower Yoga, and has spent the last seven years teaching yoga to children and adults throughout the Philadelphia region. Julie is a consultant at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Mental Health, where she provides support to teachers implementing
interventions for students with autism in public schools.
Julie’s theoretical orientation is CBT, with an emphasis on an integrated mind/body approach. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with autism and social challenges, as well as stress and wellness for working professionals.
