Sometimes, words fail to capture all that you are experiencing inside. Art therapy enables clients to creatively explore underlying thoughts and feelings by transforming and healing the images stuck just beneath the surface.
Art therapy at Well-Being Center is offered by Rachel Braun, MA, ATR-BC who is both an art therapist and a mental health therapist. Rachel works with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and chronic health problems, combing talk therapy with creative arts and mindfulness techniques to not only address problems but also uncover hidden strengths, while enhancing clients’ sense of self and connection with others. No prior experience with art or artistic talent is needed. Rachel is happy to meet you at your skill level. Please note that Rachel does not accept insurance.
